In continuation of the 2014/2015 Admissions Exercise, the University will start the sale of Supplementary Admissions Forms on Wednesday, 8th October, 2014.
Interested candidates who made FUTO their first and second choice University, who must have sat for the 2014/2015 Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (PUTME) in FUTO, and who scored a minimum of 180 in the FUTO PUTME can now apply through the following process:
i) Payment of the sum of N7,500.00 at any of the following Banks using the e-tranzact platform.

- Diamond Bank
- First Bank
- Zenith Bank
- FUTO Microfinance Bank
ii) Download and print one (1) Supplementary Admission Form
iii) Click here to download the minimum average cut-off requirement.
iv) Complete the printed hard copy of the form and return not later than Monday, 27th October, 2014 to the Admissions Unit, Registry Annex with photocopies of the following items:
- E-Tranzact Slip
- JAMB Result Slip;
- FUTO Post-UTME Result Slip
- WAEC / NECO Results
