The leadership of the association is in the process of setting up a health insurance and life assurance scheme for her members. This measure is aimed at providing quality health care services for members who are hit by life threatening ailment or sudden loss of life.

Federal Government College Ugwolawo Old Student Association (FGCUOSA) is made up of Alumnis/Aluminas of the College. Its primary objective is to create a platform for the development of her Alma mata.
Other objectives include providing a platform for old students to network with one another. Any old student of Federal Government College Ugwolawo automatically qualifies for membership. If you are an old student of FGCU, take pride in associating with the ideals and activities of the association.
One way to do this is by attending the monthly meetings of old students in your location.

The Global Reunion is a biannual event, a gathering of Alumnis/Alumnas of our great college (FGC Ugwolawo). The last one took place in 2012 – It was hosted by the Port Harcourt Chapter.
The fund for the event is raised on set basis. A table, which accommodates 10 people is sold at 100,000 Naira. Get in touch with your set coordinator to make your contribution towards the event and get an update of your sets preparedness.
